Job Summary

Italian Customer Support Professional Remote / Greece

Location: Remote from anywhere in Greece (must relocate and reside in Greece)
Salary Package: 1100/month 100 transport bonus performance bonus up to 15%
Schedule: MondayFriday Rotational shifts 08:0021:00
Training start date: 29 April 2026

Relocation Support: Flight hotel agency fees OR 250 allowance agency support

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipments tracking and delivery inquiries
Support billing invoices and claims requests
Provide top-quality service via phone and email
Ensure KPI targets are met and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements: Italian C1 English B2 excellent communication and problem-solving skills
