Compensation Package: 1100/month 100 transport bonus performance bonus up to 15%

Work Hours: MondayFriday Rotational shifts 08:0021:00
Training starts: 29 April 2026

Relocation Assistance: Flight hotel real estate agency fees fully covered OR 250 relocation allowance agency support

Role Highlights:

Manage customer inquiries regarding shipments and deliveries
Support billing claims and invoice processing
Deliver exceptional service via phone and email
Collaborate with the team to achieve KPIs and quality targets

Requirements: Italian C1 English B2 excellent communication skills
