MADEC is looking for a motivated and skilled Nurse or Allied Health professional to lead inspire and elevate the next generation of frontline workers across our Disability and Youth Services.
Salary: $110K PBI Salary Packaging 5 weeks annual leave

Whats This Role All About
Were seeking a motivated Nurse or Allied Health professional to play a key role in strengthening workforce capability and client wellbeing across our services.
This role blends clinical leadership training delivery coaching and wellbeing oversight. Youll work closely with frontline staff and health professionals to ensure clients receive safe high-quality and person-centred supports while staff feel confident capable and supported in their practice.
