The Role
Due to this continued success there is an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join the team at the Sunshine Coast
The Role
As the Contract Administrator you will join an existing team of high calibre locals. The current team is made up of a Senior Project Manager Site Manager 3 Site Supervisors HSEQ.
You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for procurement of trades cost reporting processing progress claims and variations for both sub-contractors and up stream in the Developer Builder model.

About You
The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 2-5 years experience working as a Contract Administrator. You will be confident operating autonomously demonstrate the initiative energy and integrity to want to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
