Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As a Sales Specialist you will be at the forefront of our business operations responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and aligning our products and services to meet those needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including networking cold calling and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
