As a Retail Sales Specialist in ourAppliancesdepartmentyoullengage with customers to understand their needs preferences and budget while providing expert advice and provide you with the resources to maintain expertise on products in the department including specificationsfeaturesand responsible fordelivering profitability by achieving revenue marginsolutionsand operational work closely with other sales floor employees todemonstratepromoteand sell products and services.

- Coach other sales floor employees on how to be successful in the category
