Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive Trainee you’ll be part of our Global Sales Team driving business growth across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to start their career in B2B SaaS sales and gain exposure to global HR Tech clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across North America Europe Middle East and APAC.

  • Engage with prospects via email LinkedIn and calls to generate qualified leads.

  • Support the senior sales team in scheduling product demos and managing pipelines.

  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate product value propositions.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and follow-up materials.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interest in SaaS Global Sales or HR Tech.

  • Eagerness to learn sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM and email automation systems.

  • Detail-oriented disciplined and self-motivated to achieve targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
