Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant trained in Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy to join a growing practice in central Indiana. - Comprehensive practice and multi-disciplinary support and collaboration with medical oncologists oncologic surgical specialists genetic counselors physical therapy speech therapy survivorship support nurse navigators and research program

Licensure & Certification
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
- Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) preferred
- Blood & Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN) preferred
