About the Job
Mountain Ridge Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse Practice Educator (NPE). In this role you will support clinical staff through education competency training and professional development initiatives. The Nurse Practice Educator will help maintain clinical standards improve patient care outcomes and ensure staff are trained according to facility policies evidence-based practices and regulatory guidelines.
This position is ideal for nurses with strong clinical backgrounds who are passionate about mentoring staff improving care quality and leading educational initiatives within healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical education and training to nursing staff

Conduct orientation and competency assessments for new hires

Develop and deliver educational programs and in-service training

Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility training requirements

Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
