Job Summary
| Unit Function: To provide world class Command and Staff Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) in order to enhance operational capability thereby advancing the Defence and Security interests of the United Kingdom. Position Role: To lead the continuous improvement and assurance of all JSCSC Training and Education. Responsibilities: Dir JSCSCs 1* T&E risk register and support the collation of the Training Providers (TP)s Commanders Risk Assessments. JSCSC TPs in the effective completion of Self-Assessment Reports iaw the DefAc MTES and JSP 822. the effective conduct of a First Party Audit (1PA) programme iaw JSP 822 and the Defence Academy MTES. JSCSC TPs and external auditors to ensure the effective conduct of Second Party Audits (2PA). support to the conduct of TP InVal and the analysis of InVal data. trg management curriculum development support to all courses; HCSC ACSC and ACSC Reserves. Incl. Learning Development. the provision of effective accurate and timely CIA Management Information to the EdCom CEBs CEB Working Groups and other DefAc governance meetings as directed by SO1 TDA. TRAs and JSCSC TPs to assess the effectiveness of JSCSC T&E via External Validation (ExVal) activity. |
