What you will do:
This role will be managing the Planned Service Agreement (PSA) execution for IR-Service in the region of SEA (Singapore Malaysia and Indonesia)
To ensure all the service visits are attended and completed on time minimize the missed visit and seeks opportunity to recover the visit within the contract period.
To review the existing scope of work service interval identify areas of improvement for scope expansion reliability performance works efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain good relationships with customers by completing the preventive maintenance contract as per agreed scope of work and visit interval understand feedback from customers for further improvement.
Monitor costing and billing to ensure execution in order and support in reporting for any missed visit unbilled revenue (UBR) cost overrun. .
How you will do it:
- To be responsible on PSA execution under the SEA region
- Make arrangement with customers in Singapore for PSA service visit as per frequency arrange spare parts consumables service tools and sub-contractors for shut down works.
- Works with SEA local team to get the progress update of each maintenance contract and level of completion.
- Schedule engineers to attend for the service visit
- Ensure the FLSP are briefed with the works scope prior to attend for service visit.
- Ensure Purchase Order for major service spare parts and sub-contractor works are raised and ready on site for shutdown works.
- To have regular performance meeting with customer to review the service feedback seek continuous improvement from the current job scope and requirements identify scope expansion and to improve reliability and integrity of the system
- Understand the equipment and/or the Refrigeration system to develop and implement checklist/ logsheet to meet customer expectations.
- Preparing the necessary documents prior to each visit of service engineer (Method Statement Risk Assessments and Permit applications)
- Submit application for access to Jurong Island customer sites.
- Follow up on the recommendations from service engineers after each visit.
- Follow up on visit closure necessary documents signed by customer and submit for invoicing.
- Ensure work are carried timely safely and with high-quality maintenance practices across all maintenance activities
- In case FLSP unable to attend after schedule confirmed to update customer and reschedule another date.
- Identify and analyse the causes of missed visit and develop plans for rectifications.
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders
- Execution of business operation and conduct are to conform to JC Singapore policies.
- Responsive to customer on urgent callout and take immediate actions
- Foster strong customer relationship with all customers enabling the company to be active & leading speedy response time highly profitable excellent payment collection position at all time.
- Maintain high morale and team spirit in the office environment
- To observe promote and practice JC culture and leadership qualitys
- Verifying payment to suppliers & sub-contractors.
- Together with Service Operations Manager to determine overall staffing requirements and gaps of FLSPs in technical aspects and create development and training plan.
- Actively participate in trainings assigned by Service Operations Manager to enhance technical skills & product knowledge.
- Ensure technical support is available for FLSPs whenever required.
- Ensure service report expenses claims and timesheet submission are on time for jobs closure.
- Identify FLSPs challenges on job execution and to find out rectification solution or improvement.
- Perform any other duties or undertake additional role from time to time whether ad-hoc or otherwise as assigned by the management.
What We Look For:
- Engineering Degree onwards or equivalent (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Relevant experience in HVAC / Refrigeration or similar industry is added advantage
- Proven experience in project coordination/management and business operations
- Good communication analytical organizing & relationship management skills
- Broad based engineering background
- Process Refrigeration knowledge
- Proactive team player
