Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for a Pesticide Applicator who is responsible for safely mixing applying and handling pesticides and herbicides to control insects weeds and turf diseases. This role requires compliance with all federal state and local regulations while ensuring environmental safety and effective pest management. Work will be completed at residential homes HOAs and commercial properties.

Job Description

Apply pesticides herbicides and fertilizers to lawns and landscapes according to label instructions and safety regulations
Mix and prepare chemical solutions at proper concentration according to the label
Utilization of LMN to maintain accurate application records and reports as required by law
Ensure proper storage transportation and disposal of pesticides and containers

Expectations

Valid pesticide applicator certification (WI preferred MN is acceptable as well) or ability to pass state of WI Pesticide Applicator Exam
5-8 hour days and some weekends as needed depending on weather (Summer)
Option to support snow operations (winter)
Create a profitable Service Division to the business
Continue to grow and customer service the Service Division
