What youll do

• Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals.

• Help with meals shopping budgeting tenancy and moving towards independent living.

• Support customers to attend appointments hobbies college or work.

• Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans.

• Complete risk assessments support plans goals and reviews.

• Time for chats building relationships and working closely with colleagues.

You have

• Level 2 in social care (or willing to work towards it).

• Passionate about helping customers live their best life.

• Experience caring for others (in work family or personal life).

• Able to work independently stay calm under pressure and remain resilient.

• Flexible person-centred approach recognising every customer is unique.

The practical bits

• Flexible working hours
• We pay 50 per sleep in shift
• Confident using technology for plans online learning and teamwork
• You need a vehicle and a valid driving licence to travel between services (mileage paid)
• Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
