Job Summary
Financial Analyst required for leading Aircraft Leasing company.
The position will have day to day ownership of an asset backed securitization a senior secured credit agreement a term loan an institutional limited partnership and/or revolving credit line with reporting on the associated pool of aircraft for that debt facility.
The position involves preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the lenders and investors which include debt fee and waterfall calculations interest and currency derivatives and portfolio statistical data.
In addition the role may include
- purchase price calculations
- floating rental calculations
- borrowing requests
- release requests
- present value remarketing calculations
- cash reconciliation
- capital calls or distributions
- loan payoffs
- Bloomberg data pulls
- insurance notifications
- review of contract summaries.
While an understanding of the above responsibilities would be great you will be fully trained by the company in all of the above.
