Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our onsite team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will bring strong legal expertise the ability to manage a high-volume caseload and excellent communication skills. Experience in eviction and foreclosure matters is preferred.
Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads

Strong problem-solving organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in foreclosure and/or eviction law

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Industry Experience
