We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Tampa FL. This hybrid role is ideal for an attorney who can effectively manage a high-volume caseload while delivering strong client service. The successful candidate will bring solid legal judgment attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced foreclosure practice.
Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar

Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent client service and relationship management abilities

Strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills

High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing high-volume foreclosure caseloads

Familiarity with client systems and high-volume email and phone communication
Industry Experience

Foreclosure law experience preferred including handling foreclosure matters and client interaction
