We are recruiting for aBusiness Analystrole. The role is based in Midrand and on ad-hoc basis.
Key responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering: Identifying and capturing stakeholder requirements
- Requirements Documentation: Clearly defining and documenting stakeholder requirements in elements such as: Business Requirements Specification Functional Requirements Specification User Stories Use Cases Process Flow Diagrams
- Requirements Analysis: Evaluation and prioritisation of business requirements to align organisational and stakeholder objectives
- Solution Design: Define and validate proposed solution/s to ensure it meets the organisations requirements.
- Process Improvement: Optimisation of business processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Alignment to recognised Business Analysis frameworks e.g. BABOK.
Minimum qualifications and experience required:- Degree or diploma in Project Management or related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
- Minimum 5 years experience managing ICT implementation projects
- Proven delivery of complex systems projects
