Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure upkeep and reliability of testing equipment including standard specialpurpose and customized systems.
Perform mechanical and electrical testing of medical equipment (CT/MR) troubleshoot issues and coach operators on testing and problem resolution.
Collaborate with Engineering Advanced Manufacturing teams and Suppliers to finalize equipment designs for new product equipment or upgrade existing equipments. Interface with sourcing teams for procurement.
Partner with suppliers on equipment development and manufacturing initiatives.
Lead equipment FMEA analysis equipment trials and installation on the manufacturing floor.
Own and execute IQ (Installation Qualification) OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) in line for equipments with QMS standards and regulatory norms.
Drive nextgeneration equipment development roadmaps in collaboration with cross functional teams ensuring timely execution and innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics /Electronics & Tele Communication Engineering/ Bio medical / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance or Equipment Building
Experience in Electromechanical equipment and its parts like Servo motor Encoder systems NI Hardwares PCB and hardware integration using PLC & programming.
Hands on experience on Testing on Equipments/ Products/ Special Purpose Machines troubleshooting.
Medical Device Industry experience is preferred
Desired Characteristics
Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS).
Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
Product development cross-functional experience
Good communication skills (Oral/Written)
Strong bias for documentation & technical reports
Effective multitasking and ability to deliver on time and with quality.
Ability to work in a team with good Interpersonal skills.
