Team Lead activities
At least 2 Performance Testing tool exp. LoadRunner(Must) JMeter/Neoload
At Least 2 Monitoring tool Exp App Dynamics/Dynatrace/Grafana/Datadog/New Relic etc..
Performance Engineering activities such as (JVM Thread Dump Heap Dump Analysis)
CI /CD related words

Experience in performance testing
Strong expertise in LoadRunner and/or JMeter; exposure to NeoLoad is a plus
Hands on experience in retail domain performance testing including POS store systems or e commerce platforms
Strong understanding of retail transaction flows promotions pricing inventory loyalty integrations Settlement Sales Audit
Experience with API performance testing (REST services JSON payloads backend integrations)
Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics using tools such as Dynatrace AppDynamics Splunk or similar APM tools
Good working knowledge of SQL Unix/Linux and system architecture fundamentals
Experience working in multi vendor environments collaborating with cross functional and vendor teams
Strong communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
Performance Test Lead / Technical Lead (B3/ C1 equivalent)

Nice to Have

Experience with POS performance testing (store concurrency pinpad/device interactions etc. )

Exposure to cloud based retail systems applications (Workjam etc. )

Knowledge of CI/CD performance integration

Prior experience supporting retail peak events and holiday readiness programs
