We are an owner-manager of market-rate apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans are resident focused and are committed to the success of our Team by providing in-house education and training with an emphasis on career development and growth.

We currently have an opening for an experienced and ambitious Bookkeeper to join our team of Property Management professionals at our Sugarmill apartment community on Williams Kenner ideal candidate will have a background in property management or accounting.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

Collect and process rental payments; ensure balances are collected; andbalance the rent roll
Data entry of information such as deposits forfeitures and rental payments
File evictions according to company policy
Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
Provide excellent customer service to our existing residents

Qualifications

Previous property management experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
