About the Role:

Come Ride With Us in our Wilton CT HQ as our Commercial Financial Analyst reporting into our North America Senior Finance Manager. As our Commercial Financial Analyst youll look at numbers as more than data points. Theyre signals stories and springboards for smarter decisions. Your ability to translate complex financial trends into actionable insights is exactly what we need to strengthen our commercial this role youll be the critical link between our Finance and Sales teams helping shape the direction of our North American business and influencing global decisions. Without your sharp analysis and strategic thinking we risk missing key opportunities for growth. With you we gain the clarity and confidence to make bold profitable moves.

How Youll Make an Impact:

Financial systems and reporting:

• Administer global financial systems (HFM and Planful) ensuring data integrity and smooth operation
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools to support accurate timely and insightful financial reporting

Financial analysis and strategic support:

• Prepare and present global consolidated financial analyses (actuals forecasts budgets)
• Partner with Finance and Sales Management to support North American growth strategies including pricing segmentation and headcount planning

Planning and coordination:

• Support annual budget monthly forecasts and scenario planning efforts
• Align North American financial performance with global strategic goals through collaboration with the global finance team

Month-end close and insights:

• Prepare and review month-end financials with variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
• Provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes

Sales planning and expense tracking:

• Support annual commercial sales planning (commissions payment terms KPIs)
• Monitor and analyze operational expenses for North American commercial teams

What You Bring to the Table:

• BS degree in Business Economics Finance or Accounting. Other degrees considered given relevant experience
• 2-4 years of related financial experience
• Excellent financial analytical skills a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting and a proven ability to work across functions within an organization
• Superior Excel skills mandatory
• Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
