Contract Duration: 5 Months
Schedule & Shift
Thursday: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Friday: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Saturday: 6:00 PM 7:00 AM
On-Call: Sunday 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Hours: 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts)
Holidays: 1 holiday required during assignment
Compensation
Gross Weekly: $2866/week
W2 Rate: $36/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1624
Job Overview
A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced CT Scan Technologist for a long-term contract assignment. The technologist will perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment ensuring patient safety image accuracy and compliance with departmental protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT scans following established imaging protocols
Ensure accurate patient positioning and radiation safety practices
Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment independently
Review images for quality and completeness prior to submission
Document procedures and patient information accurately in EMR/PACS
Provide excellent patient care and communication during imaging exams
Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
Required Qualifications
ARRT (R) certification required (CT preferred)
New Jersey DEP Diagnostic Radiography License required
BLS Certification (AHA) required
Minimum 2 years of CT experience
GE CT experience required
GE Revolution Frontier 64-slice experience strongly preferred
Experience with EPIC EMR and PACS preferred
