Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Meal Break: 30 Minutes

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours per Week

About the Job

Bellaken Garden is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to this role you will evaluate patient mobility develop treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving physical function strength and independence. You will work closely with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement physical therapy programs to improve mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
