Job Summary

The Project Assistant delivers highquality administrative and project support to the global management team ensuring effective coordination across multiple initiatives.

This is a fixed-term position for one year.

Key Responsibilities

-- Provide administrative and organizational support to assigned global management team including liaising with global vendors and internal teams across multiple locations.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings workshops internal sessions/events and video conferences including logistics (flights accommodations visas meeting room bookings Microsoft Teams setup team dinners/events)

- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones including rescheduling needs identifying conflicts and proposing effective solutions.

- Participate in meetings capture key discussion points and provide minutes of the meetings and follow up on action points.

- Synthesize and summarize documents and information

- Prepare accurate wellformatted documents including Excel files and PowerPoint presentations.

Key Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor with clients vendors and colleagues at all levels.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; proactive and solution oriented with attention to details

- Project Management experience represents a plus.

- Collaborative positive attitude with a strong service orientation.

- Comfortable working under pressure; detail-focused and thorough.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Word Teams PowerPoint Excel).

- University degree.

- Excellent command of English
