We are recruiting for an ICT Change Manager role. The main purpose of the role is to manage the people and organisational impact of ICT and digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:- Preparation and Planning for Change: Understanding the scope impact and stakeholders who will be affected by the change.
- Communication and Engagement: Effective communication of the change and engagement with stakeholders affected by the change to build support and commitment therefore.
- Implementation and Execution: Execute of the change management plan and transition of the organisation and relevant stakeholders to the new state
- Sustain and Reinforce the Change: Sustain the change over time to ensure that new ways of working and required organisational behaviours are reinforced.
- Evaluation and Closure: Evaluate the success of the change management activities and initiatives to determine the effectiveness thereof. If unsuccessful initiate additional change management initiatives. If successful officially close the change management process.
- Alignment to recognised Change Management models e.g. ADKAR and Kotter 8-Step Model
Minimum experience and qualifications:- Must have experience in ICT or digital transformation programmes.
- At least 5 years experience managing organisational change.
- Must have a Change Management certification (non-negotiable)
- Degree in change management HR or related field (advantageous)
