Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative / Sales Hunter to drive net-new business growth within the US market. This role focuses on identifying new prospects generating qualified opportunities and closing B2B IT services deals. The ideal candidate is results-driven strategic and excels at building relationships while working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a structured go-to-market strategy for the assigned territory.
Identify qualify and engage new prospects to generate net-new sales opportunities.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients establishing credibility and trust.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support successful deal closures.
Develop a strong understanding of service offerings to effectively position appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to design position and present tailored solutions aligned to client needs.
Track manage and report sales pipeline activity performance against targets and key initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and forecasts.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven success in hunting and closing net-new B2B IT services deals within the US market.
Strong communication and presentation skills across in-person virtual and written channels.
Excellent organizational planning and time management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced collaborative and dynamic environment.
