Key Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis for AI and data-driven initiatives
Gather document and translate business requirements into technical inputs
Collaborate with AI engineering and product teams throughout delivery
Support user adoption change management and enablement activities
Define success metrics and help track value realization
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Qualifications

5 years of experience in business analysis or product roles
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience working on AI analytics or digital transformation initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with Agile delivery and enterprise environments preferred
