Job Summary: The Site Operations Supervisor II (SOS II) oversees patient flow and operational continuity responsibilities in the outpatient setting and models excellent customer service toTRA patients and clinic staff. This position reports to the Outpatient Clinical Services Director and is directly responsible for one or more clinical sites as assigned. The SOS II is tasked with managing staffing accreditation maintenance operational budgeting patient volumes and the satisfaction of patients referring physicians and employees. The position requires a strong understanding of radiology clinical operations and must be able to ensure efficient and productive daily operations of their assigned site(s) while maintaining a professional environment that promotes trust and healing. The SOS II must have a clear understanding of support staff skill set/competencies and the ability to provide input feedback and training as well as manage performance as necessary. The position requires strong organizational skills discretion judgment problem solving ability and the ability to maintain confidential information. This position has clerical and clinical staff directly reporting to it. The SOS II is also expected to work and coordinate with the Outpatient Clinical Services Director and other SOSIIs so that overall the clinic work flows and patient care are standardized across the organization according to corporate mission and goals.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay: $76395 - $95827 per year based on relevant experience skills and abilities.

Essential Job Functions:
- Serves as primary point of contact for one or more outpatient clinical sites and assigned staff.
- Under the Director assists staff in fine-tuning of workflows to ensure efficient processes and ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Responsible for schedule management.
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner with other SOS I/IIs Modality Specialists and Leadership. Works closely with the Director of Outpatient Clinical Services site Medical Director(s) radiologists and the entire administrative team to ensure successful operations.
- Meets at regular intervals with the Outpatient Clinical Services Director to review the sites operations and discuss development strategies providing routine summary outlining or updating projects problems opportunities challenges customer service issues etc.
- Collaboratively develops plans for the effective efficient and competitive operation of the site.
- Assures appropriate staffing and budgets to accomplish clinic development and ability to meet customer demand.
- Identifies issues and opportunities within the sites service modalities and makes recommendations regarding these opportunities. Demonstrates planning and communication skills necessary to implement.
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner with the Modality Specialists to ensure assignment of duties to technical workers to maintain patient flow and achieve site and company goals. Makes recommendations for enhancing efficiencies and patient satisfaction.
- Ensures new staff is appropriately trained on all necessary equipment protocols and procedures and that all clinic staff receives training updates as needed.
- Serves as point of contact for radiologists to relay performance concerns of any imaging staff.
- Demonstrates coaching and personnel development skills. Provides timely written performance management. Garners support and respect of the sites personnel. Ability to interface appropriately with personnel throughout TRA and related entities.
- Responsible for the authorizing and tracking of all site employee time cards including overtime PTO low-census and other employee leave types.
- Works collaborative with both Payroll and Human Resources to ensure adherence to employment laws and payroll coding.
- Demonstrates knowledge and competency with information systems including RIS/PACS applications.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and standards of performance for quality care including primary responsibility in coordinating any accreditation efforts outlined by the Director and Medical Director(s).
- Coordinates and oversees equipment maintenance and downtime notifications.
- Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care administration.
- Interacts resolves and appropriately documents any concerns received from patients and/or referring physician offices.
- Implements and monitors safety measures to ensure safety of patients and staff and compliance with government regulatory requirements.
- Recommends and oversees the sites facility improvements including construction renovation and purchase of equipment. Coordinate capital purchases and renovations under the oversight of the Director and COO and in collaboration with purchasing and facilities.
- Provides final approval of the purchase of supplies utilized by the imaging staff.
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop and maintain statistical data for incoming patient and referring office satisfaction and serve as a resource to the Marketing Team as strategies are developed
- Works from multiple locations (i.e. multiple outpatient sites). Local travel required.
- SOS II must have the ability to effectively oversee an additional combination of two or more of the following three essential job duties: multiple outpatient clinical locations increased number of direct report and/or increased level of site complexity as determined by leadership. Maintain confidentiality of all center employee and patient information at all times as required by organizational policy and HIPAA guidelines
- Check work e-mail daily.
- Follow the center exposure controls plan for blood borne and airborne pathogens.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Work Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2-4 years prior supervisory or management experience in a multi-modality radiology clinic or hospital setting preferred.
