Role Summary:
We are hiring an Engineering Project Manager to manage small capital projects (typically under $250K up to $2M) support engineering coordination on larger projects and perform site activities. This hybrid role combines project management and technical oversight ensuring successful execution of process design equipment installations and site evaluations.

Location: King of Prussia Contract: Vollzeit Start: 02.03.2026Your tasks
- Independently manage small capital projects from initiation through closeout
- Support lead PM with cross-discipline engineering interfaces on larger projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and documentation
- Coordinate engineering packages and verify alignment with site conditions
- Oversee process equipment installation activities (vendor coordination)
- Conduct site evaluations and resolve discrepancies between design and field conditions
- Interface with internal engineering teams and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and GMP standards
- Travel up to 50% to project sites
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or engineering
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Familiarity with process equipment and installation practices
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred:
- Exposure to pharmaceutical or biotech environments
- Understanding of GMP requirements
- PMP certification (or willingness to pursue)
