Job Summary

Were seeking a Quality Engineer who can strengthen quality systems support compliance and help drive continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role blends hands-on quality support with process-focused engineering work to ensure products meet customer and industry requirements. Its a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented technically strong and comfortable working across production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO compliance and consistent documentation practices.
Assist with FAA-related inspection activities and quality requirements tied to regulated product environments.
Manage calibration tracking and support measurement system readiness across inspection equipment.
Contribute to process development and improvement initiatives focused on reducing variation and improving quality performance.
Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to support inspection planning and quality evaluation.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred in Engineering Quality or a related technical field.
Experience working in an ISO-controlled quality environment.
Familiarity with FAA inspection requirements or regulated quality standards.
Strong understanding of calibration programs and measurement equipment control.
Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Experience supporting QMS documentation compliance and internal quality processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
