Responsibilities:

- Coordinate schedules resources and tasks between team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and reports to ensure accurate tracking of progress and budgets.
- Support the project manager in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders by organizing and attending meetings.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster good relationships.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
