Full-Time Weekend Track RN Supervisor - Days

Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center has an opportunity for an experienced RN to take the next step developmentally in their nursing profession and help lead a team of nurses in a supportive and nurturing facility!

Schedule:

Every Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm

Qualify for full-time benefits while working just 24 hours per week!

Earn elevated Weekend Track pay with no weekday commitment!

The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • On behalf of the Director of Nursing provides for the continuity of nursing services in the development implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to residents and families
  • Will serve as the on-site administrative person for the facility and oversee staff to promote patient and staff safety
  • Demonstrates the organizations commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees
  • Demonstrate SPHPs Standards of Behavior and Core Values


Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid NYS RN license
  • Associates degree in nursing
  • Current CPR and BLS or achieve with onsite training
  • 1 yr of experience as a RN


Preferred Requirements:

  • 1 yr of experience in a leadership role overseeing staff
  • 1 yr of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • MDS experience
  • Bachelors degree in nursing
  • Highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shifts
  • Strong engagement within a team setting
  • Leadership and mentorship skills overseeing RNs LPNs and C.N.A staff
  • Passion to learn grow and develop in the nursing field


Pay Range:$36.50 - $55.40

Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
