A Day in the Life of an IT Service Delivery Manager (ITSDM):

• Develop and maintain strong productive relationships with business leaders to support strategic technology needs and business objectives.

• Serve as a liaison between IT and business ensuring clear communication of requirements and critical success factors.

• Facilitate collaboration between business IT staff and vendors to drive effective cooperation and timely execution.

• Monitor IT project progress manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful service delivery.

• Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and align business groups with IT strategies.

• Facilitate escalations from IT and the Business.

• Coordinate working sessions for project delivery and troubleshooting.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery management or a similar role.

• Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills in high-pressure fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective in engaging with clients stakeholders and vendors.

• Solid understanding of IT service management (e.g. ITIL) project management methodologies and IT infrastructure and software applications.

• Knowledge of environmental services will be considered an asset with frequent travel between US & Canada.
