Easton Coach Company a leader in passenger ground transportation for over 25 years is seeking a skilled and motivatedFleet Managerto oversee our paratransit fleet in Lancaster PA. With a reputation for safety reliability and service excellence we operate one of the largest private fleets in the region serving communities across eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the safety performance and efficiency of our fleet operations. If youre passionate about vehicle maintenance team leadership and making a difference in the lives of others we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
As Fleet Manager youll lead a dedicated team of mechanics and technicians to ensure our fleet of 50 vehicles is maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily operations of the garage and maintenance team
Diagnosing repairing and overseeing service of vehicles and equipment
Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance and inspections
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate records usingFleetwavefleet management software
Supporting driver safety and vehicle readiness for paratransit services
Collaborating with operations and dispatch teams to minimize downtime
Mentoring and developing your team to foster a culture of excellence
What Were Looking For
Minimum3 yearsof experience managing a garage with3 mechanics
Proven experience with a fleet of50 vehicles
ASE Certificationsin:
Brakes
Automatic transmission/transaxle
Heating and A/C
Performance diagnostics
Experience withDossier Fleetwaveor similar fleet software (preferred)
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
CDL license(preferred but not required)
