Job Summary
A growing commercial real estate brokerage is seeking a motivated Broker to join its collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone genuinely interested in commercial real estate who is patient driven and focused on building a long-term career. Training will be provided under a senior Broker.
Responsibilities Include:
Work with clients to buy sell and lease commercial properties
Learn and train under a senior Broker
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients
Conduct property tours and client meetings
Assist with negotiations and transaction processes
Develop market knowledge and business relationships
Build a long-term book of business
