Pay: $16$20 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

- Create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Implement our L.E.A.P. curriculum using fun hands-on activities and beloved characters to make learning exciting
- Build strong relationships with children families and teammates
- Communicate with families regularly about their childs progress milestones and daily activities (including through our mobile app)
- Support each childs social emotional and academic development
- Help create a classroom where learning and play happen seamlessly every day
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children
- Have at least 6 months to 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred not required for all roles)
- Have:
- An Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or
- A High School Diploma or GED (required)
- An Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or
- Are warm patient creative and reliable
- Enjoy working as part of a team and growing in your role
- Infant Teacher
- Toddler Teacher
- Two Year Old (Twos) Teacher
- Preschool Teacher

At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
