HR Project Manager (Expression of Interest)

As Global Tommy Hilfiger and EMEA Calvin Klein continue to grow our HR function is evolving to support the scale pace and ambition of our brands. New initiatives emerge throughout the year as we strengthen our capabilities refine our processes and enhance how we partner with the business.
To support this ongoing growth we are building a talent pool of HR Project Managers who bring structure organisation and operational clarity to a dynamic environment. This allows us to stay connected with professionals who deliver consistently navigate multiple HR domains and support our teams as our landscape continues to expand.
Be the one who brings clarity
- Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously from planning through delivery and implementation.
- Build business cases outlining assumptions cost/benefit analysis resourcing impacts and recommended options.
- Prepare recommendations and decision materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including scopes project plans RAID logs stakeholder maps and timelines.
- Establish and maintain effective governance (decision ownership communication cadence reporting frameworks).
- Support leadership teams and HR functions with process reviews and processimprovement initiatives.
- Translate project outcomes into scalable products such as frameworks SOPs dashboards toolkits or training assets.
- Collaborate with HR Finance Legal IT and external partners (including RPO vendors) for aligned seamless delivery.
Requirements
- 25 years of project or program management experience within HR or People Operations ideally in an international matrixed environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems with Workday and ServiceNow experience highly valued.
- Depth in a core People Operations area (Talent Acquisition HR Operations Payroll or similar) enabling you to understand functional needs and design structured project approaches.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously coordinating across teams time zones and diverse stakeholder groups.
