The Script

As Sous Chef youll be an essential part of our close-knit team. Working hand in hand with the Kitchen Chef youll help recruit train and guide our talented Chef de Parties ensuring the highest standards are met in every dish.

Youll oversee the smooth execution of breakfast lunch and dinner service in our à la carte restaurant where our open kitchen allows you to connect with guests through your craft. With calm communication and impeccable organization youll set the tone for a professional and inspiring work environment.

Youll also have the chance to flex your creativity by designing custom menus for In-Room Dining and our intimate meeting rooms together with our Head Chef. Whether its adapting to special requests or introducing new ideas you take pride in making every plate memorable.

With a sharp eye for detail you maintain top hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) ensure mise-en-place is perfectly prepared and keep the kitchen running smoothly by anticipating product needs. Youre passionate about learning teaching and leading by examplea true team player who helps others grow.

Does your story match our wishes For our Sous Chef position were looking for someone who brings passion professionalism and precision to every plate. You are our perfect match if you have:

A culinary degree from a reputable organization;
At least three years of experience in an (open) kitchen within a comparable establishment;
Experience in ordering receiving and preparing fresh ingredients;
Availability to work both weekdays and weekends;
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts;
Full-time availability (38 hours per week);
Excellent skills in various cooking techniques and cuisines;
Solid knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
