Are you a natural host with a passion for leadership and luxury service At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam were looking for a Desk Manager who brings structure warmth and excellence to every guest interaction from check-in to fond farewell.

Your role in the journey

As Desk Manager youll lead the Front Office team during your shift ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service. Youll be the go-to person for both guests and team members creating a warm and professional atmosphere in our lobby.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting the Front Office team during your shift.
• Training and mentoring new team members and interns.
• Ensuring smooth communication with other departments.
• Handling administrative and financial tasks related to the shift.
• Performing all standard Front Office duties including check-ins and check-outs in line with LQA standards.
• Managing guest inquiries phone calls and emails with professionalism and care.
• Creating a welcoming environment for our international guests and ensuring every stay is memorable.

Qualifications :

What youll bring

• A spontaneous flexible and detail-oriented mindset.
• A guest-first attitude and strong administrative skills.
• Leadership experience and the ability to energize a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights.
• Experience as a receptionist; previous experience as Desk Manager or Shift Leader is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
