MANDYNAMIC is looking for a motivated Front Office Manager on behalf of an All-inclusive Hotel in Chania Crete for the Summer Season 2026.
- Oversee all front office activities
- Ensure the high level of guest satisfaction (efficient and smooth front office operations including check-ins check-outs and guest inquiries)
- Manage a team of front office staff (including receptionists concierge and guest services staff)
- Train mentor and develop front office staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and manage room inventory reservations and occupancy levels
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality
- Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations.
Requirements- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a role with similar responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in front office software and systems
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
