The Manager Corporate Development Analysis & Diligence will:
Lead the work effort to gain an understanding of the businesssuch as its revenues client base service model operations and distribution channelsto both identify potential risks of a transaction and inform integration efforts.
Financial analyses such as quality of earnings and net working capital analyses.
Prepare post-closing financial forecast for the target business.
Coordinate subject matter experts related to confirmatory diligence workstreams such as IT compliance tax.
Ensure timely and efficient progress of the diligence project overall while maintaining top tier vendor experience.
Various project logistics as required.
To be successful as a Manager Corporate Development Analysis & Diligence with People Corporation you will need:
