We are looking for a project manager in monitoring to join our specialized road engineering team which is made up of passionate individuals recognized for their expertise and synergy. If you know everything there is to know about road engineering and have also participated in several multidisciplinary projects in transportation civil engineering and urban infrastructure we want you to join our great team. You will receive ongoing training from professionals and participate in large-scale projects with major clients such as the Quebec Ministry of Transport (MTMD) Montreal Airport (ADM) Caisse de dépôt et de placements du Québec (REM project) transportation agencies such as EXO/STM and more.

Primary responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on the construction site;
- Work closely with the client and various stakeholders;
- Monitor and manage the schedule changes and costs;
- Prepare monthly payment statements;
- Lead coordination meetings;
- Analyze the contractors construction and work planning methods to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and constraints;
- Prepare the documents and forms necessary for the supervision of each repair and construction project;
- Participate in business strategies and the training of the next generation within the company;
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering;
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or eligible for membership.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supervising MTMD construction sites (transport infrastructure bridge and engineering structure supervision) or other public works projects in the field
- Completed MTMD training in construction and repair of structures
- Completed training in construction site safety (ASP Construction Card)
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Fluency in French both spoken and written.
