Strengthen our Team as our Client Technology Leader (CTL)

Location: Hybrid with DXC office and ability to travel to client -Wide

Vetting: Due to security clearance requirements candidates must be eligible for or currently hold SC. Candidates must have resided in the UK for 5 years and over. For couple of the positions we have here we will need candidates for DV clearance (sole UK Nationals no dual nationality).

DXC Technology is looking for a number of visionary Client Technology Leaders (CTL) senior technologists who thrive at the intersection of business ambition and technological possibility. Our CTLs are seen as trusted advisors for our clients partners employees and DXC executives.

Within DXC CTLs are involved in the full lifecycle of work from market engagement helping clients to understand their problems and options through the sales process project work and ensuring technology deployed remains fit for the needs of our clients.

About the Role

As a Client Technology Leader you will define the path from business requirements to technology solutions from early market engagement through to delivery and longterm value realisation. You will help clients understand their challenges explore their options and adopt technology that remains fit for purpose as their needs evolve.

This is a role for someone who can see the big picture articulate it clearly and turn it into actionable innovative solutions.

What Youll Do:

  • Shape and communicate how current and emerging technologies can deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into strategic and solutionlevel technology roadmaps.
  • Guide clients through the impact of technology on organisational structures skills and processes.
  • Explain how solutions are developed deployed and integrated into existing landscapes.
  • Apply industrystandard methods and processes across sales solution development and delivery.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners to support business growth.
  • Lead ideation sessions and earlystage engagements leveraging DXC toolkits and capabilities including the Customer Experience Centre.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams and partner ecosystems to bring the best of DXC to every engagement.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven technology professional and leadership experience in technologydriven environments.
  • This is a senior role so looking for broad technology background and strong client relationship building experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering complex technology solutions aligned to client and industry needs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles; TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation build business cases and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilder with a history of establishing trusted partnerships.
  • Outstanding communicator facilitator and collaborator comfortable engaging from technical teams to Csuite leaders.
