THE ROLE: We are looking for a Trading Analyst to join our Options Market Making business. The eligible candidate will be responsible for supporting the trading desks in scripting jobs trading data analysis and operational tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day responsibility for scripts that support the trading activity
- Working with traders to design and improve trading strategies through data analysis prototyping as well as collaboration with developers
- Proactively supporting operational tasks on the trading desks
- To comply with all applicable Compliance policies procedures laws and regulations.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Strong Python skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to demonstrate wider interest in financial markets
- Outstanding numerical and analytical skills
- Proactive interest in improving existing trading strategies and identifying new opportunities
- Ability to take a high level of responsibility in an expanding highly successful firm
- Excellent attention to detail
