What youll do

You will report to theManager: Regional Desktop Operations
Install configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
Maintain passwords data integrity and file system security
Troubleshoot issues acrossWindows 11 Apple and virtual operating systems
Track and managehardware and software inventory
Support users with MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
You will be part of the2026 Graduate Programme which runs for12 months
This role isbased in the Cape Town/ Centurion offices with a minimum of3 days per week in-office

You should have

BSc Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology
CompTIA A MD-100 / MD-101 or JAMF certification (preferred)
Understanding of deployment tools such as SCCM
Understanding of networking (wired wireless and VPN)
In-depth knowledge of PC and laptop hardware peripherals printers and mobile devices
Proficiency in English in a business environment
A valid South African Identity Document
