ISP Regional Student Futures Coordinator Role Profile

Purpose of Role

As the Regional Student Futures Coordinator you are uniquely placed to support and collaborate with a wide spectrum of colleagues within and across schools the Regional Team and the Central ISP Learning and Innovation Team. You are critical to supporting the implementation and success of the International Learning Opportunities for Students (ILOS) and Future Pathways (FP) as well as supporting with other Student Futures Initiatives in your region.

ISP Regional Student Futures Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Overarching Responsibilities

  • You are the main point of contact for the ILOS and a supporting role for other Student Futures initiatives in the region.
  • You contribute to the visionfor theILOS& Student Futures in your regiontopromote learning andengagement within the school communities.
  • You collaborate with regional colleagues the central team and schools to develop co-ordinate promote and support the programmes.
  • You host an in person ILOS program in your region.
  • You develop and run a Regional ILOS program in your region.
  • You support with onboarding new schools in the región in ILOS& Student Futures pillars
  • You support and review schools in the evaluation of the ILOS& Student Futures pillars.
  • You support with training of admissions and marketing teams on Student Futures offerings.

Evidence of Learning

  • In collaboration with key stakeholders you identify and gather examples of Amazing Learning in the region to identify and celebrate the success and promote the benefits of Student Futures Initiatives.
  • You ensure consistency in the learning roadmap and destination data of the programmes being collected regionally.

Communication and Collaboration

  • You promote the ILOS (and where possible of Student Futures Initiatives) within schools in a personalised way (face-to-face meetings assemblies students/parentambassadors etc.) to:
    • SLT
    • School Coordinators
    • Programme Coordinators
    • Future Pathways Advisors and Leads
    • Students and parents
  • You collaborate with key stakeholders in your region to adapt promotional materials to effectively communicate the purpose and value of the programmes (e.g. translations comms pieces social media post etc.)
  • You ensure staff student and parent communications about the ILOS and FPP are impactful informative and support the ISP brand.
  • You support and collaborate with fellow RegionalCoordinators across the ISP Group to develop consistency quality and sharing of best practice.
  • You openly share your initiatives successes and failures with your colleagues to encourage and support each others learning.

Operations

  • You oversee and coordinate the registration processes payments deadlines and other administrative tasks of the programmes such as awards and student recognitions.
  • You support the Head of University Partnerships and the Head of Future Pathways to develop regional relationships with universities employers and alumni to ensure effective partnerships locally and globally to identify career learning opportunities.
  • You support the implementation of the speaker series and other Future Pathways initiatives regionally.
  • You coordinate and support schools with travel arrangements related to the programmes (flights chaperones transport etc).
  • You work with the Health & Safety teams in your region and schools to ensure that the programmes are compliant with ISP policies and procedures.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • You collaborate with key stakeholders tosupport themonitoringand evaluation oftheprogrammesin the region.

Skills Qualifications and Experience

  • Located in the region

  • Excel and powerpoint proficient
  • You are fluent in English and the main local/regional language
