The company originates from Victoria but they have an established team based in Brisbane with some exciting growth planned for the QLD division. Due to this forecast growth they are looking to add a new Site Manager to join the team in Brisbane.

The Role

Safety will be your number 1 priority and your ability to run a well programmed organised tidy site will be the lead indicator for your success with safety program and quality targets.

You will have experience leading high performing teams by developing a culture on site that is fine tuned for success.

Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team and subcontractors. Superior written and verbal communication will provide clarity of expectations.

Your program will allow for the highest level of productivity and will give your subcontractors the best opportunity for a safe and clean run at their tasks.

The Project

You will be Senior Site Manager on a $90m luxury Aged Care medium rise tower on the CBD Fringes. There is shared access to the site with another Project on the same block also being built by our client. With the logistics requiring careful planning and collaboration with the other site leadership team. A calm persona and high level of emotional intelligence will support the best outcome for all.

About You

Most importantly you will be a humble team player!

As the Site Manager you will have extensive experience working on projects of a similar scope and size for a Tier 2 D&C Building Contractor. You will have 10 years experience in the role demonstrate long tenure in your resume and be supported by excellent references.

Remuneration

There is a salary package of up to $250k Super
