The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Advisory Quality Consulting team you support delivery teams in enhancing quality and adherence to processes across PwC Advisory projects. As a Senior Associate you guide teams in proactive risk management implementing quality controls and fostering continuous improvement while building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical skills and personal brand while navigating complex challenges in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess enterprise risk management frameworks
- Collaborate with teams to enhance compliance strategies
- Provide insights to improve risk mitigation processes
- Mentor junior staff in risk assessment methodologies
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to promote alignment
- Utilize analytical tools to interpret risk data
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience in quality delivery governance or process assurance roles
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
