What You Will Get To Do:
Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach.
Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers.
Skilled support representative working on varied tasks that require resourcefulness self-initiative and significant judgement within defined procedures.
Demonstrates advanced functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions.
Guides less experienced team members and may act in a team leadership capacity.
May recommend new procedures.
Take incoming phone calls: Escalations trade entry account inquiries search request etc.
What You Will Bring:
Minimally requires a high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
Contact Center Experience Required - Preferably in a senior agent or team lead capacity.
