Minimum Education:High School Diploma/GED

Defined Education:None

Preferences:Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g. HVAC electrical plumbing)

Substitutions:Candidates with fewer than 1 year of experience may qualify with the completion of vocational or technical training in general maintenance HVAC electrical plumbing or other building trades

Years Experience:One (1) year

Defined Experience:General maintenance HVAC electrical plumbing or related experience

License/Certifications:Valid Texas Drivers License
